Chapter Two: Zeb the Time Traveler

The Origin of the Serpent People

The alien race known as the Serpent People first arrived in Sumer, Mesopotamia (now Iraq), around 3500 B.C. These beings were nearly nine feet tall and very slender, with long arms and legs.

Their skin was reddish-purple, and their eyes were large, almond-shaped, and slanted. They had no hair on their bodies. They communicated telepathically. The Serpent People wore flowing robes, usually black or dark blue in color.

They had the power to shape-shift, and they were capable of interplanetary travel. Their leader, known as "Sarpedon,” who ruled the "Empire of the Serpent People,” was an extremely evil, ruthless, powerful, and intelligent being.

The Serpent People were a highly developed race with extraordinary powers, which they used for evil. They practiced black magic and mind control.

So, what did this have to do with Zeb in 1953, and why did the President need Zeb, the Time Traveler from 2080, to battle these evil aliens?  This will become clear when their complete insidious plan for planet earth is revealed.

Sarpedon from Planet Raxus

The Serpent People, led by Sarpedon, left Planet Raxus to search for a planet inhabited by creatures who were intelligent enough to follow orders but ignorant enough to be manipulated into becoming slaves.

Sarpedon needed enslaved people to mine precious metals intended to be shipped back to Planet Raxus. Sarpedon’s search led him to Earth. Sarpedon was a member of the Reptilian Race and had enormous power, including hypnotic control over humans.

Sarpedon planned to have the most elite of the Serpent People mate with humans. The hybrids would have the strength and power of the Reptilian Race but possess humans' mental capacity and physical characteristics.

Sarpedon would use these hybrids as his leadership and the ruling class in his plan to conquer Earth. Sarpedon would fill the ranks of his Earthly armies with humans he hypnotically controlled.

He also had many human leaders in positions of power over the masses. The plan worked well; within 200 years, many Kings and Emperors were secretly Reptilian Hybrids.

So fast forward to 1953. After centuries of DNA manipulation with humans, the Serpent People had established Reptilian Hybrids in virtually every nation on earth. Hybrids were in government, banking, military, science, pharmaceutical companies, and entertainment industries.

Reptilian Hybrids were filling the critical positions that humans could fill. The only problem was that it took too long to create Hybrids by mating with humans because many fetuses would spontaneously abort. 

It was then that the Serpent People decided to introduce a new hybrid species on Earth.

And this is why the President told Zeb, “You have been chosen to save the world." The Serpent People needed an intelligent species to take complete control of the world. They had come close to realizing their new species with the Nazis, only to suffer a significant setback when the Allies triumphed in World War II.

This didn't deter the Serpent People. There were thousands of Hybrids throughout the world who were secretly running governments and the military of many nations.

The President had been in Allied Intelligence operations in the war. He knew about the collaboration between the Nazis and the Serpent People. He had been kept well informed by his advisors.

A Huge Mistake

The President and the Secretary of Defense knew that the technological advantage of the Serpent People was too powerful. They felt like they had no choice but to make a deal with the Serpent People.

It was decided to allow the top Nazi scientists who collaborated with the Serpent People in World War II to be part of a top-secret operation.

The Serpent People, in return, must share their technology and sign a treaty not to attempt to overthrow the U.S. government. The Scientists would be appointed to a secret research project in a massive underground base hidden one mile deep below the Nevada desert.

The Serpent People agreed to the secret pact but never intended to honor the deal. They wanted a force-privileged position in the new world order and would use their knowledge to secretly begin the takeover of America.

From that point forth, the Nazi scientists were told secretly to act as though they were following the American team, but privately, they must pledge their loyalty to the Serpent People.

The secret project in Nevada was a quantum particle device that would be used to create a time warp, which would be the key to the Serpent People's takeover. The project was called "Project Rainbow."

The name "Rainbow" was chosen because it symbolically linked to the Serpent People's reddish purple, black, and white colors.

The CIA Director instructed Zeb to get a good night’s sleep in a particular room in the bunker. He told Zeb, “You’re going to be very busy tomorrow, so get some rest."

Zeb still did not know why he was being recruited from the future, but these three men knew that the iPort-q receptor embedded in Zeb's brain was the weapon to defeat the Reptilian Hybrids from creating their time warp.

The CIA Director was anxious to test Zeb's ability. The room where Zeb slept had a special shield that would protect Zeb from negative Hybrid frequencies that could disable his iPort-q receptor.

Zeb was awakened the following day at 8:00 am. He was instructed to get breakfast and report to the CIA Director's office.

Zeb found it odd that he wasn't being escorted by any CIA guards or security personnel; in fact, there were no other people around.
